Terms & conditions
The shortest period of apartment and villa rental is 4 days. You can stay less time, but a 4-day fee will be charged.
During the high season, the minimal stay will be 7 days beginning on Saturday. The check-in is possible after the Saturday bur the check-out will not be on after a Saturday.
Under no circumstances will the apartment be occupied by more guests than its capacity permits.
Electricity and gas expenses are included in the rent.
All the apartments are provided with linen, towels and crockery for all the guests
The prices are per apartment or villa and per day.
All the transactions will be in Euros
Pets are not allowed except with special agreement.
BOOKING
Once you have chosen the apartment or villa and the days you will stay in the booking form, APPART SITGES will send you an e-mail confirming the availability and the total price for the selected apartment or villa in the dates of your interest.
To confirm the booking is essential to pay 25%* of the total price by bank transfer or credit card.(Credit card payment has a 3,55% for administration fees).
The reservation will not be valid until APPART SITGES receives the amount corresponding to the 25%* of the rent and the client receives a payment confirmation e-mail.
The rest of the rent (75%) will be paid in cash or by credit card when you check-in. In case this amount is not paid at arrival time, you will not be able to occupy the apartment.
CHECK-IN: 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m
If necessary, these times may be modified according to availability. Check-in and check-out between 9.00 p.m. and 9.00 a.m. and days after saturday will be charged with extra 60€.
You need to let us know the estimated arrival time in Sitges as well as the means of transport you will use. APPART SITGES will inform you about the best way to reach the apartments. APPART SITGES staff will be waiting for you in the apartment at the agreed time to check in, give you the keys, show you around the apartment and explain anything regarding domestic appliances. They will also receive the remaining 75% of the booking as well as the according amount deposit
The 25%* paid as reservation will not be refundable in any case but it allows modifications in the booking.
(* This % can be diferent depending of the accommodation).
MODIFICATIONS IN THE BOOKING
Once the 25% of booking payment has been made, changes can be carried out in the dates (up to 3 months before of after the previously booked date) or in the chosen apartment as long as it is available.
If the amount of the new booking is larger than the previous one, the difference in the booking confirmation must be paid to confirm the modification.
DEPOSIT
At check-in, an amount between 300€ & 1000€ (depending of the propriety) must be paid as a deposit to cover possible damages in the apartment. This amount is refundable at check-out provided that the apartment and its contents are in the same conditions as they were before occupation and no damage has been done to them. This amount can change depending of the value of the propriety or depending during of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 90 days notice: charge of 25% in concept of booking.
From 89 to 60 days notice: charge of 25% in concept of booking + additional 25% (50% of total rent).
Less than 59 days notice: charge of 25% in concept of booking + additional 50% (75% of total rent)
Without notice: charge of 25% in concept of booking + additional 75% (100% of rent)
These amounts will be charged to the same bank account used in the initial booking or reclaim on court if necessary.
We strongly recommend you have travel insurance which compensates for cancellation extra charges as well as possible damages in the apartment or villa.

• If you have to cancel, any deposit will be reimbursed and the owner of the property will receive any balance due.
• If you have to cut short your stay, you will be reimbursed for the remaining period.
• And you will be covered for any damage caused by fire, water, or explosion.

BEHAVIOR RULES
We will appreciate the observance of the following basic behavior rules:
- Respecting the apartment or villa and its contents
- Respecting the neighbors' rest time, especially at night (from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.) and at siesta time (approximately from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
- Respecting the common areas in the building and closing front doors
- Turning off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment.
- Not forgetting the door keys inside the apartment
